  Food is usually good, drive through can be frustrating at this location from time to time. DO NOT waste your money on Fruitea Chillers at this location, they might as well be lightly orange or blueberry flavored water. 16th & Shadeland Ave and the Franklin make the best Chillers.

  Just ordered an apple pecan salad through the drive through. They didn't give me any pecans, a fork, or napkins. I was really looking forward to those pecans!

  The worst fast-food customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down. I would rate this a 0/5 if I could.
  
  Let's preface this review with a description of the environment:
  *There was an elderly couple in front of us and one guy behind us. Both left. We stayed strong, unfortunately.
  *There was a small family being served at the time we were in line.
  *Not a single person in the drive thru.
  *There were five or six employees. Two weren't really doing anything. One was changing half empty trash bags. From what I saw there was only one employee actually trying to do her job.
  
  We waited in line for a good 10 minutes while this small family was being served before even being ACKNOWLEDGED by Ms. Lydia. She was coughing all over the place during this time. She was quite rude and very snippy with us when we finally reached the counter, despite us trying to be pleasant even though we were quite obviously dissatisfied that no one had at least taken our order in the mean time. When we did place our order, our food was out to us in about a minute. Which blows my mind that our food could have been out to us that fast and this experience would have been much better had someone just taken our order.
  
  My fiancée's burger was fine. My chili was more like soup. Normally, Wendy's chili is fairly soupy, but I have never had straight soup passed off to me as chili before.
