  Horrible service! They speak to each other in a language we don't understand while making sandwiches which is incredibly rude! They seem bothered with you ordering food. The guy was lazy to get another lite mayo bottle and continued to give me regular mayo and lied and said it was the same. And 1 napkin? ARE YOU THAT CHEAP! As messy as they make stuff. Why in the world the ymca allow them to still be a part of their establishment? It's like a slap in the face after a great workout!

  In my experience the workers (presumed owners) are incredibly rude and unhelpful. It seems you are bothering them to buy a sandwich from them. My son wanted to buy a Gatorade from the vending machine located near them and asked them for a dime in exchange for 10 pennies. The man replied "I am not wasting my time with that", although he had no other customers. On another occasion my same son bought a sandwich and asked for a cup for water. They told him that would be $0.25. My family will not be doing any more business with this subway. If you've had similar experience, I encourage you to stop giving these people your money.

  I have finally found a Subway location that actually makes a good sub! The location was clean. Staff friendly and efficient. And the sub they made was made exactly the way that I wanted, without me having to prod them to make it right!
