  When we walked in we were greeted by this lady whose face looked like she was extremely unhappy to be working. Her face looked that sour the whole time we were there not just when she greeted and seated us. Our waitress had the same facial expression and with every request we made (not any unreasonable ones btw.) she walked away giving us the impression we were a bother to her. Had to specifically request silverware and napkins after we had already gotten our food by getting another waitress' attention. She brought me silverware and said she'd come back with the other one for my spouse but never did. Had to then request it from our own waitress. No apologies. Took a while until the waitress filled our water glasses. Ordered sweet potato fries but got regular ones. (She admitted it was her fault though and they did fix after asked) Then she ended up sitting down at a table with other waiters and waitresses to chat for a while. Seemed very unprofessional. Judging by the way she talked and laughed with her colleagues she can indeed be friendly but chooses not to. The service was just poor overall. A smile goes a long way. The waitress' tone suddenly changed and she became friendly when she saw us using the little screen to pay the bill. We have experienced similar issues here before, mainly with the service. Will probably not return. We just came because we had a gift card.
